The vengeful prince is the queen's bedmate

He was the queen's most docile male consort by her side, and the only Son of Light capable of piercing her heart. By day, he bowed his head to serve tea, letting others look down on him with contempt; by night, he honed his edge, biding his time for a fatal strike. Everyone mocked that he survived on his looks, none knew that this "little pet" harbored a hatred that could bring down a kingdom. He endured for twelve years, all to personally end that lofty woman. Yet the moment the blade pressed against her throat, a truth crueler than hatred crashed down on him — the person he had longed to kill day and night was, in fact, his own blood kin.
